BACKGROUND

Makhosonke Zondi graduated with a junior degree from The University of Natal (The University of Durban-Westville) in 1997. He graduated with a LLB and Diploma in Corporate Law from The University of Johannesburg (RAU) in 2004. In addition he completed Public Administration and Political Studies courses, which he is eligable to enroll for Honours.

Makhosonke completed his practical legal training with The Johannesburg Milpark Law School and was then admitted as an attorney having served articles at Jerry Nkeli & Associates Inc, Johannesburg. He joined the Johannesburg Bar in 2009.

Motion Court, Road Accident Fund, Arbitrations, Labour Law, Criminal Law, Sequestrations and Liquidation Matters.

RECENT PRACTICE HISTORY

Makhosonke Zondi is in his second year of practice at the Bar and is engaged in numerious litigious work.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

He has worked with a non-profit organization whose main objective is to improve the lives of persons from previously disadvantaged communities by providing them with education and skills training. Makhosonke has worked with a company providing legal insurance and as a result was exposed to the world of law practice even before his legal training.
