BACKGROUND
Advocate Ntuwiseni Ralikhuvhana holds
an LLB degree from UNIVEN (2002), a certificate in Gender
Equity in Africa from Pretoria Good Governance Academy
(2003), a certificate in Labour Relations from UNISA
(2004), a certificate in Project Monitoring and Evaluation
from Southern Hemisphere Consulting and Development
and a certificate in International Human Rights from
the Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands
(2008).
He is currently studying towards Masters
in Labour Laws. He speaks Tshivenda, English, Afrikaans,
Tsonga, isiZulu, seTswana and Sepedi. He was admitted
in March 2007 as an advocate of the High Court of South
Africa and joined the Johannesburg Bar Council in December
2007.

He was a Senior Case Manager at the
Thohoyandou Victim Empowerment Trust and the Legal Advisor
for the Scorpions.
