BACKGROUND
Seeng Catherine Ntsaba-Letele graduated with a BA Law
and LLB from the National University of Lesotho; a LLM
from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada; a
MAP from the Wits Business School and a MBA from Bond
University, Australia. She is also an ADR specialist
accredited by the prestigious UK based CEDR (Center
for Effective Dispute Resolution) as a Commercial Mediator.

RECENT PRACTICE HISTORY
Seeng is an experienced mediator, arbitrator and facilitator
and is on both Tokiso Labour Dispute Panel and the Tokiso
Commercial Mediation Panel. Seeng is also a member of
the Gauteng Rental and Housing Tribunal. She previously
served as a member of the Labour Court of Lesotho between
1994 and 1996 and is currently an Arbitrator in a number
of Bargaining Councils like the MEIBC, NBCCI, NBCRFI,
and the SSSBC.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Seeng has worked as a Legal Advisor in the Ministry
of Labour and Manpower Development in Lesotho. She has
worked as a Legal Advisor at the Development Bank of
Southern Africa (DBSA) from 2001 till 2004.
Seeng has also worked as a law lecturer at the National
University of Lesotho from 1988 till 1994 where she
lectured Labour Law and Administrative Law. She participated
in a number of national and international conferences
where she presented papers. At the 1st Congress of Labour
Law and Social Security in Tunis, Tunisia in April 1991
she presented a paper entitled “Labour Law &
African Realities”.
