BACKGROUND

BA (Law) Cum Laude LLB Cum Laude LLM [Property and Contract Law-Thesis on Retirement Villages within the Structures of Share block, Sectional Title and Occupational Schemes] (1987) University of Johannesburg (RAU).
Received more than 15 bursaries, awards and prizes, including the “Golden Penning” for the top performer in the Law Facility for 1986 (i.e. final year LLB).
Admitted as Counsel in 1986 and joined Johannesburg Bar in 1989.

FIELDS OF EXPERTISE

Conducts civil practice covering the entire spectrum of senior work. In conducting such practice, specific expertise has been gained in the following fields:
-Property and related work (including landlord and tenant, town planning, township development and related aspects)
-Insolvencies and Liquidations.

RECENT PRACTICE HISTORY

Involved, over a period of time, in a variety of complex civil matters; with specific emphasis on Property and related work, Insolvencies and Liquidations.
