BACKGROUND
Pieter Booysen graduated from RAU (University
of Johannesburg) with the degrees BA, LLB and a LLM
in Evidence, Criminal, Procedure and Criminal Law. He
thereafter obtained a LLM at UNISA on Insurance Law
and Delictual Liability. Pieter was admitted to the
Bar during July 1988 as an Advocate; and has appeared
in Courts of Law in South Africa and the then Bophuthatswana
for the past 20 years.

Pieter specializes in Insurance Law,
Commercial Law, Company Law, Banking and Finance Law,
Insolvency Law, Delict and Personal Injuries.

Pieter frequently represents prominent
